Introduction
Operations Management, also referred to as "Production", is the task that is concerned with supervising, designing and controlling the procedures of the production process. It is closely involved in all aspects of the production process. Operations aims to provide the right products, in the right quantities, at the right quality; all in a timely and cost-effective manner.
